Vehicle Rescue Training
Kutztown Community Fire Company, November 19
Last night refreshed their vehicle rescue skills with some help from the Mt Zion Fire Company.
Crews worked on Basic Vehicle Operations, Vehicle Stabilization, and eventually Extrication.

Mulch Pile Fire in the First Due
Kutztown Community Fire Company, October 28
In the early afternoon yesterday Station 32 along with 31 and 40 were alerted to a report of a mulch fire on East Strack Drive.
Deputy 32 arrived to find a large mulch pile on fire spreading rapidly and quickly added the next 4 tankers for water. Engine 31 arrived and lead off with their deck gun knocking down the bulk of the fire. As additional units arrived crews worked to hit hotspots employing ... (Full Story & Photos)

Hazmat Incident in the 32-01
Kutztown Community Fire Company, October 15
Shortly after 2:30 Stations 32 and 31 were alerted to a report of a Chlorine leak in the 600 block of Stracksdam Road.
PT32 and R31 made the response. With the additional information the Lebanon County Hazmat Team was requested to the scene along with E31 for additional manpower and, EMS from 140.

Attack 32 In Service
Kutztown Community Fire Company, September 18
After many hours of training and drive time tonight at 1930 hours Attack 32 was placed in service. Attack 32 is a 2022 Ford F550/Vengeant Blizzard featuring a Hale mid-ship single stage 1250 GPM pump and 300 gallons of water. Seating capacity of four firefighters to include (2) SCBA seats. Brush 32 Taken Out Of Service for the last time.
Kutztown Community Fire Company, August 14
Today at around 6pm Brush 32 was placed out of service for the last time.
Brush 32 was purchased October 22nd 2001 and served the Jackson Township Community and surrounding areas for 23 years. During that time the Brush evolved a number of times taking on the role of a Quick Response Service (QRS) for a period of time as well as being used as a part of the Lebanon County Forestry Team.

PT Assists on Ephrata Commercial Fire
Kutztown Community Fire Company, February 15
This morning just before 5AM Station 32 was dispatched to transfer PT32 to Lancaster County Station 14 Durlach Mt. Airy Fire Company while they operated at a then 2 Alarm Business Commercial fire at Martins Country Market. Soon after arrival at Station 14, command requested an additional 10 tankers bringing PT32 to the scene. This fire quickly grew to 4 alarms with over 30 Tankers operating as the ... 2nd Alarm Barn Fire in the 35 Local
Kutztown Community Fire Company, January 18
Just before 6pm yesterday the 2nd alarm was struck for the 35-01 box for a working barn fire brining PT32. The PT hit the street with in 3 mins of dispatch and shuttled 6 total loads of water. PT32 along with the numerous other tankers on scene moved in excess of 250,000 gallons of water used in the suppression efforts. PT32's crew assisted with the dump site operations on arrival.
